Air Bags?

I am cleaning up my engine compartment and wanted to disconnect my air bags, will they deploy when I hook the battery back up?

Disconnect them with the battery disconnected, and connect them back together before you hook the battery back up and you will be fine.

No, as long as the battery is disconnected when you plug them back in you're fine. You will throw an airbag code while they're out though.

just as a precaution, if your going to try and disconnect them and reconnect them wait about 20min for any static electricity to dissapate. just a friendly reminder is all
