changing e303 to ??
After doing some reading, im gonna get rid of the e-303 cam and throw in something better. Windsor Jr head, so what are some good ideas? Seen good reviews on the f-303 cam, but what are some other good cams that would work good on this head?

hell yeah man, it sounds awesome and performs well.. there are a few guys running those in their foxes here at the track.
f cam would be a nice step up. I wouldn't spend 250 for a new cam kit on it though.. try to find one for sale on the net for 75-100 bucks.

they are both .512 lift cams but the reason i liked the N-41 over the F-303 is because it has more duration on the exhaust side.

That's a little harsh. The down side of Ford's letter cams is that they ARE dated. Not bad cams for the money, just not profiled to the individual's needs and the same thing goes for ANY off the shelf cam including Anderson's. Some of us are not made of money and have to make concessions, fact of life and all part of being a responsible adult. Custom ground cams are the best as long as you are honest about what you have (not what you want everyone to think you have) when you send the cam grinder your specs. Custom ground rollers are pricey period, hydraulic or solid. Mechanical flat tappets are cheap but most guys don't want to be bothered with adjusting lifters but if you want a custom ground cam and don't mind a little extra work, think about it. Cam Motion in Louisiana will do one for around $200 last time I checked and they did right by me plus John at Canfield Heads uses them as well. Trick Flow offers some dual profile cams that are a little better than the letter cams and are still priced right. As far as buying somebody's mistake off of E-Bay remember, "you pays your monies, you takes your chances". Used wheels or even a used manifold is one thing, a used cam is something else altogether.

10 sec cars that could be 9 second cars with custom? ........ If an extra 250 for a custom cam is that big of a burden then probably need to find a new hobby.
Not saying I have fallowed this theory yet but I have learned to.

*L* hobby? I do it for a living.....you have to build a very stout engine that is very reliable on the customers budget not easy

If i'm not mistaken the n41 has a pretty harsh lsa... but streetable to some people isn't streetable in some other peoples terms.

Trickflow Stage 2 ... Mean , Very agressive cam...... And you'll notice power gains, over the Alphabet cams.

Stick with what you have. The gains of switching to another off the shelf cam will be minimal with the head you are running.
