Finally placed my new wheel order

After a week end of back and forth I finally ordered my wheels. 17x10.5 with 315/35-17 in the rear and 17x9 245/45-17 in front. Went with nitto 555r and 555.

You should have went with a MT ET Street (DR) You would like them , a hell of a lot better.

P.S. : If this means anything, I just ordered a set of those wheels (Black Chrome) in 4 Lug for my Fox as a daily driver wheels....

I just thought the Nitto was the best in between for traction and handling. This will not be a drag car but more so a street car that I want to handle well.

408 Stroker Street Car? Dang, You are going to eat tires for breakfast....

Actually with that much HP and especially TQ....You might want to consider a different tire, Im not sure those Nitto's will be able to do much of anything with that 408 Stroker in there.

The MT drag radials are very very good handling tires. The side wall is much stiffer than a typical 'performance' tire. Traction is definitely improved. Tire life on the other hand goes to Nittos. You'd be lucky to get 5,000 miles out of the mickeys.
