A C4 is what you want, not a C6. Your crossmember, trans mount and driveshaft will work. You will need a flexplate from a Mustang with an AOD to maintain the 50oz imbalance of the 5.0 liter H.O. engine if that is the engine you have. You will also need a good torque converter. C4s have two different bellhousing sizes. I believe the AOD has the same size flexplate as the larger C4 bellhousing. I'm 99% positive of that. You will have to wire up a neutral safety switch on the shifter but that is not a big deal at all. Make sure you get a good transmission cooler too.

the only 2 different bellhousing sizes would be a big block or small block so if i get a flexplate off any 5.0 it should work with the small block bellhousing i know that much but that for letting me know i can use my crossmember and driveshaft and mount......thats gonna save alot of money on my budget.....thanks for the input
