What HP and E.T?

What kind of HP and ET would a car with these Mods be looking at?
COBRA INTAKE
UNDERDRIVE PULLIES
FLOWMASTERS
3.73 GEARS
5 SPEED
NEW CLUTCH
LOWERED
Aluminum Drive Shaft
Trick Flow or AFR Heads

Have a friend who just got an Clean 89 with those mods and only 75k original miles.

A 190LPH or 255LPH Fuel Pump would help a lot.

Could get bigger injectors, bigger TB, and i would get a different intake, but thats just me. Trick Flow probably.

And the easy way would just be Nitrous.
