b&m hole shoot....2400 stall

ksl.com - Ad Listing

i think im going to go pick this up tomorrow

if i got a good cam to go with this, and the 3:73`s i have to get in,

i could make a dent in my 13 second goal.

what do you think?

i live at higher altitiude so the average fox with bolt ons is a high 14 second car.

a 14 flat is pretty impressive for just bolt ons

i want to get a cam that would work well with that converter but not sure what route to go.

Jay Allen all day long....he will match the cam to your stall to where the cam comes on right where you are stalling at or in that range...and it not really that much more to have one ground than to buy one off the shelf

well i have a set of gt-40 heads, gt-40 tubular intake that i need to put on.

i also have a AOD that i build, its got a hardend sun shell, hardend input shaft, hi-rev kit, ck servo, all new clutches, and a boost valve.

im hoping that this trans with that converter and my top end with a good cam to match, (probably call up jay allen) this will possibly put me in the 13 second range, possibly 12 with a 125 shot.

you need at least a 3000 stall...2400 is just a little more than stock...3500 isn't even bad on the street. Go for a bigger stall.

this is also a daily driver (i know people are going to argue that 3000 is streetable)

a 2400 would be ok for waht i want to do.

whoever argues 3000 isn't streetable probably doesn't have any experience with that stall speed.

But do what you want.
