Radiator Problems

Heres the problem, every time im drivin around and i get on my car i seemed to blow off a hose. I put two clamps on the hose to keep if from coming off and this fixed it for about a day. I was just driving home and i guess the line swelled up and the clamp sliced it, which shot anti freeze all over my motor. I took the radiator cap off it one morning after it sat all night and i started the car, it looked completely normal. It just seems to happen every time i get on it. It happened at first and i took out the thermostat, which seemed to fix it, but now i just dont know, any ideas. I was thinking to flush the radiator, but like i said it looks completly normal, so i just dont know.

Could have a clog somewhere which would explain the excessive pressure. I would try running some radiator cleaner through it when you flush it. Also try to look at the coolant coming out to see if maybe it has some rust or junk in it...

Check or swap your rad cap as well. It should relieve the pressure before a hose pops off.
