Dumb A$$ Mistake - P/S Pump pulley on backwards
OK, I know, REALLY REALLY dumb, got that, but I am at the end of a month long build, got jazzed that the belt was about to go back on the motor, and subsequently installed my p/s pump pulley on backwards.
Here's what it looks like now ( the powder coat is a LOT less orange- just bad lighting) ![]() And this is what the p/s pump looks like ![]() \Obviously heat is out of the question - don't want to cook out the seal (it is literally a brand new pump). Could use some suggestions - dont really want to try the wooden wedge idea, it will gouge the hell out of the powdercoat.... Thanks in advance! Bob

Go to auto zone and rent the tool. You actually pay for the tool and they refund you the money when you return it. I'd try a pry bar against a bolt and wiggle at the same time. It doesn't look like its on to far.
