It depends. I think a Canfield 192cc head has more power potential than a Twisted Wedge 170cc head but a Twisted Wedge 205cc head has more potential than both. What is better really depends on the combination. The Canfield heads are nice. I had a set on a 306 a few years ago that rocked pretty good. I sold them to a friend of mine that runs 10.40s with a pump gas 347/C4 combo.

A canfield is the cousin of the THS Hi Port head, very good head, I use TFS and Canfields on almost 95% of my customers engines.
