Interior parts - Mustang / Capri

I'm looking at an '85 Capri which is missing a lot of interior trim pieces. Can I get Mustang parts to fit?

Pics of the car are HERE

You can put whatever year gut you want in there. If your looking to replace just the broken stuff look for a 85-86 gt for parts.

rust

1985 FROM JERSEY:::::

The interior is the least of your problems

I would check the rear very very very carefully. Any car that has spent any time in Jersey is a good canidate for RUST. You need to check underneath, check the area under the seats, check all of the rear around the rear tires, frame, trunk. I got screwed on a rust bucket I got in conneticut. PLEASE CHECK IT, you can not easily repair fox body rear rust, any why would you want to. There are too many good ones if you look.

I see rust on the Ac parts. and rust on the passenger side fenders, rust on the bottom of the doors.

Don't buy this car dude Run away fast or if you have already bought it, sell it for parts

I don't mean to be an ass, just trying to help, and this car is not in good shape.

I ended up passing on it, and buying a stock '84 Mustang L. I didn't get a chance to see it before the auction ended, but the pics were detailed, and the car looks WAY better than the Capri. Should have it by next weekend!

I plan on embracing it. :-P

But since it's a rare model, I'll be sure to keep the original parts I replace.

Hmm; not much editing time... According to some timeline I read, the Mustang L's were only for 1984. The guy I'm buying it from described it as a factory light-weight GT that Ford had built for racing. Doesn't sound like the options were rare, but only being offered one year makes it a little rare..
