I don't want a supercharger that is going to "kill" the block, bend,or break a rod,or damage the valve train. This motor stops pulling around 4700 rpm,so it's not a high rpm monster motor.

I would like to find a simple,bolt-on kit, that will give me good throttle response, better low-end torque, without destroying the motor.I plan on keeping the car for a while longer and i don't want to mess up the reliability,or the drivability.
Yes it will bolt right on. It won't kill your block or anything else. As far as reliability goes, I drive my car all over the place. Its plenty reliable. I still have the factory rev limiter in place so no high rpm on my car either. When the boost comes on you better be holding on.

I'm selling parts off this car and selling the car because if I don't I'll end up abusing the shit out of it at the race track.

5.0 Junky, you've had a lot of good inputs here but, if you're on a budget, the Vortech deal we currently have going is hard to beat. Good price and a nice, safe upgrade for your basically stock motor.

How much is "too low to advertise online" and how much is shipping?

Are you an authorized vendor on this site or just spamming? Never seen you here before....

sounds like you want a supercharger that'll give you instant boost and gobs of torque... look at the kb blowers there expensive but really nice. It sits on top of your engine like any roots or screw type blower and replaces your upper intake. So you could sell off your intake combo to recoup a few dollars if you go this route.

that vortech setup for sale above isn't bad in anyway neither and should make more power then a kb blower but at higher rpm range.

I'd say set a goal for what your looking to get out of your supercharger setup then research further.. install the kit and get it tuned for PUMP GAS because there's no way you should be making 270 to the wheels and have to run nothing but 100 octane or better. Sounds like an extreme tune to me
