if you wiggle the lever do they work?

get a new flasher they are pretty cheap and if that doesnt work id check the connections to the wiper switch.

Good Luck....

J/k. So Does it work sometimes or it worked sometimes but all of the sudden not at all? Do your break lights and Flashers work? I want to think fuse but unlikely if everything else works. Know anything more about whats going on by chance?

do your emergency flashers work still? if so then there is a little relay behind the radio that controls the turn signals

I had the same problem after I did my 4 banger to 5.0 swap. After driving without blinkers for 3 months, I couldn't take it any longer. Fuck the skimatic bullshit. I used a power probe to find the wire on the back of the multi function switch that needed power. Then I ran a ignition wire to the multi-function switch, then just tied in a flasher. Haven't had a single problem yet in a years driving. Maybe your mf switch is just bad?
