If it uses a one wire sensor, it's definitely not a wideband. Wideband sensors have five or seven wires.

I agree if it's a wideband setup then it should be five or seven wires not one. Sounds like a Narrow band setup which is same as factory. Sure this gauge doesn't just tap into your stock wb wiring to give you a good light show like so many a/f gauges do?

autometer does not make a wideband. it is a narrow simulation. get any 1 wire setup.

look into innovate for a great wideband.

Autometer does make a wideband but it definately sounds like you have the regular narrowband unit. I do agree with the rest of these guys as to looking into another brand like innovate or zeitronix.

Does anyone have experience with PLX? like this one PLX Devices Inc. - 52mm Wideband O2 Air Fuel Ratio Gauge for $270
I'm looking for similar priced ones and comparing to the Autometer lines.
A good accurate durable guage is more important to me then the looks.
