For stock heads cam intake thats great. A nice intake good set of heads and a decent cam and you could be in the mid 11s.

Safe as long as the tune is safe. I run 15lbs on my stock block.

By Stock you mean everything but H/C/I right?

You need a BTM on that car, running it without any timing retard is pushing it!!!

15 psi of boost should run 27-28 deg total max.

I believe stock 5.0s are 34 deg total.. a good rule of thumb is 1 deg for every 2 psi to be safe. I would start at 25 deg, and slowly work my way up.

i dont know about that 27-28 is alot with no intercooler. My blower with that amout of boost is going to put off alot of heat. Right now i have a total of 19 deg.
