this was just asked, but, anyhow
cam is diff intake manifold is diff HO has a hydraulic roller i think bronco/f150 has hydraulic flat tappet?

Yes, and... Yes...the non-HO is a flat tappet engine.

there also the same block,crank,and rods just different pistons(cast),cam and timing chain.
