7.5 rear how strong are they?

Yeah its a old 4cyl 7.5 not a GT or SVO

7.5 rear ends are junk. The axles are the same as the 8.8 rear ends (weak) but the rest of the rear end is very very weak. I broke the 7.5 in my 85 GT so many times that I could have bought an 8.8 about 20 times over but I was young and stupid. That car only had a weak K-code 66 289 in it with a C4 too.....and street radials.

UMMM!!! thats what im talking about jk jk. Definately going to upgrade to the 8.8 before i waste any money on the 7.5. Thanks for the info.
