Sorry, I misspoke on your code 67, it was late last night when I replied. Code 67 could be clutch switch circuit failure or Neutral Drive Switch (NDS) circuit open A/C input high. The MLP is Manual Level Position sensor and is on the 4.9L and 5.8L engines. The NDS provides a signal to the PCM to inform it of the shifters position. If this is open, it tells the PCM the tranny is in reverse or drive. So, if there is a fault in the circuit such as an open circuit the PCM will think the car is in gear even if it is in neutral. The computer uses this signal to control idle speed.
