Brake problems 1986 Stang

I just bought a !986 Mustang Conver 2 weeks ago and have been having some problems tuning the brake..
When i bought ithe car the brakes were very spungy, so after checking into it they needed some serious work. So i bought all new rotors, calipers, pads and brake lines and i still am having heat problems. There not getting hot enough to start faiding out but there are still hot enough to smell them as your driving and its causing me serious agrivation .

any one have any pointers ???

Long shot, but maybe your Master Cylinder is sticking, or brake booster?

Do the back brakes hang up too?
