need help with my daily driver (not a mustang)
i have a 97 maibu 3.1 v6. i have a blown head gasket
<<<<chevyfront wheel drive. i got to change it in my dorms parking lot with basic hand tools. any sugestion othe than setting it on fire? |

if its the head gasket closest to the front of the car it should be no problem

the intake and exhaust push rods are different lenghts dont mix them up, and dont just do one head gasket do them both, and send the heads out to be crack checked (seen alot that are no good)

thanks
it is unfortunantly the rear and im replacing both for sure im flushing all the lines and spraying down the blosk with cleaner then wd-40 checkint the heads then putting then in a parts washer. if there junk im ditching the car not worth the hassel. bring the 9 mile to the gallon stang here. |
