Aother Problem

Went to start my car this morning and it just cranked and didnt start, I going to pull a spark plug and see if it will spark to check the ignitor box, also thought it could be the distributor but how would I check that? Also could it maybe be the fuel filter is clogged, I smelled gas at the back of the car and I can hear the fule pump kick in, I havent changed the filter in awhile and thought maybe that could be it? Any thoughts thatnks?

You should check for spark but don't use the plug, use a spark plug tester. If you get a spark you know the distributor is good. Also, check your fuel pressure at the rail. If that is good you don't need to change the filter. Those are two places to start, good luck.

Always rule out spark first.....Starting fluid first.... If it wants to run on that then its a fuel issue...if not ignition
