rebuilding Hydraulicroller lifters

I need some help locating some parts, as I do not know where to begin to look. I am looking to find the required items to rebuild my lifters. I have given it some thought and local parts houses may or may not be able to help, plus I really don't want to go too cheap on this either. I am looking for quality parts at an affordable price. I haven't gotten them apart yet, to know what parts I need, but I am sure there is someone out there that has been here and done that, and may be able to assist me in this matter. Any ideas, comments, suggestions are highly appreciated and thanks in advance.

you can make your lifters solidhydraulic with a few cheap parts 5.0 mustang or MM&FF did an article on this conversion. the hydraulic part takes up 20 thousandths and the rest is solid so you wont collapse another lifter
