1993 2.3L to 351W swap

I know this is the 5.0 thread, but this is the closest I can find to my subject. I have a 1993 LX Notchback with the 2.3L L4. I also have a 351W/4 Speed Automatic Overdrive Tranny to drop into it. All I need are the necessary parts to do the job. I even have a mechanic on hand to do the job with me. I will have no computer trouble and can do most the work myself.

1. What headers should I use? Brand? Part numbers?

2. I need a special double-sump oil pan, dipstick, pick-up tube. Brand and part #'s?

3. I heard I can use the solid motor mounts from a 1993 convertible 5.0 'Stang. True?

I greatly apreciate any help and if I get some help, I will send pics of this build. Oh yeah. If anyone happens to know about putting power adders on this engine, that info would rock too.
