Clutch
the clutch pedal is hard to push as soon as you start to push the pedal and does not release until it touches the floor and i have had the clutch checked out at a shop when they rebuilt my tranny and they said it still is good. i have a adjustable cable that came on the car and have tried to adjust it and had people look at it to adjust it but the pedal is just hard to push. could the cable be messed up and cause this.

As a rule of thumb you should always replace the cable when you do the clutch. The cable could be frayed inside the sheath. Replace it and see what happens
