fuel how much is too much?

hi i have a 5.0 that im going to swap to a 351 and probably down the line stroke it to 408. stock injectors are 19lbs right? if i am running n/a how high should i go? i was alreadly planning on replacing stok pump for 255lph just in case i go up to more aggressive mods. i was looking around at what other guys are running and i was thinking 36 or 42 lb injectors but i dont want to get them and realize when i put them in that im working them too hard.

I'd start out with 30# then head for the dyno

you should base your decision on horsepower goal. 42s are good for a little over 500hp.
definitely install the 255lph fuel pump.you should install an adjustable FPR too
