motor swap 4 cyl to 8 ???

I just bought a 87 lx convertable and i have a 91 5.0 that i wrecked and i am going to put in the convertable what wireing do i need to do and how do i put my MAS on the non MAS wireing or do i have to just take my wireing out of the 5.0 also i have the t-5 out of the 4 cyl and it has low miles but will my 5.0 blow it up the motor is moded to 375 horses.

From what I understand, you can use the 4 cylinder's T-5 because it does mount up, however it can't really sufficiently handle a 302 that's been pretty well modified. Too much torque, ya know?

That is the same tranny i will be using for awhile until i get a better one. It will hold, just wouldnt really rip the gears and power shift and stuff because it wouldnt last long. My car will have about 375 maybe 400 with the tune as well.

yea i have 4.10 in my rear with a 9 inch pumpkin cus i blew up my 8.8 and wanted to beef it up. someone said that i would have to change over my fuel system to is that true or is that just the fuel rails cus the fuel pump should be the same.
