Ok, I went the 9" route vs. tweaking my 8.8"
Originally I was set on sending my 8.8" housing to Mark Williams for their "8.8" Beef Up" upgrades. That all changed when I came across a good deal on a 9" housing and axles to match:
Total cost shipped to my door = $860 Now to cut down on weight savings I'll need to piece together an aluminium center section. Add to that, I have plans on getting the whole TeamZ rear suspension setup, LCA/UCA/ARB/Coil-over conversion. At least Santa brought me something for Christmas in 2006 to compensate for higher gas prices and increased property taxes! |
