cobra intake upper and lower w/ Ford Racing M-9439-A50 Gaskets
bbk 70mm throttlebody

How much wheel hp would it make? its through a 5 speed too. Also what would i be looking for in the 1/4 with street tires and an average driver.

Not going to happen with the GT40 heads. I had AFR 185's, Edelbrock Performer Intake, BBK 70mm TB and 75mm MAF, 24lb injectors, MSD dist w/ coil, MSD wires, 1.7 crane rockers, E303 cam, BBK longtubes w/ 2.5" o/r H and flows. No a/c no smog....Tuned with Diablosport on our MD dyno @ 326whp.

A similar setup using the AFR 165's yielded about the same results making 306whp, the GT40 heads flow better than OEM heads but not as good as a good set of CNC'd aftermarket heads.

The Edelbrock Performer intake only flows about 215cfm per runner so even if you have bigger heads that flow 250+cfm, they'll be restricted by the intake. Therefore your AFR 185's won't have performed to their full potential and that's why you managed only 326rwhp. I'm sure you'd have at least 20rwhp more if you went for the RPM II intake.
