It will depend on your setup.
Does your car have any other mods on it? exhaust, cai etc...?

TFS have a top end kit, that will make you about 300 HP at the wheels
cost about 2200$

You might want to do heads and cam at the same time. You can use the heads the guy your getting it but might have to do some work on them first. And get a good cam to work with those head to see some good power on it.

Do a search on this form you'll find tons of info on head swap.
But my opinon if your going to do a head swap, you might as well do the cam also.

Depends how much are you looking to spend?

Anywhere from 700 - 2000 all upon you and what you will be doing with the car.

What's wrong with 94-95 cam? I'm looking for more power out of my 95 Gt about 300/315 HP and was just thinking that if i added cobra parts i may be able to get the power i was looking.

Cobra heads, intake and cam and what ever other parts i need to get the power i'm looking for.

Well tell us how much are you looking to spend, and will tell you what to get.

If you get the Trick Flow Top end kit cost about $2200, with a good tune, everything will cost you about $3000 with add'l parts needed like TB, CAI, tune, etc... will give you that number. But tell us how much your working with and we'll tell you what you can get.

The horsepower gain from GT heads to the GT40 Cobra heads is next to nothing. You won't even notice it. Find a good set of aftermarket heads if you want to make some noticeable horsepower.

ur looking at about 30hp from the heads. but i would get the heads have them ported and milled ( if ur looking to keep it N/A Milling the heads will bump the compression up) and the cobra intake flows better than the stock gt intake

About 25-30hp from GT40P heads, not Cobra GT40 heads.

If you are on a budget Gt-40p heads are very hard to beat, everyone complains about changing headers, but you were going to do that anyway right?? And MAC makes some awsome headers just for this, and they are cheep. They are found on all 97 and up explorers with the V8 option. The intake is worth snagging too I hear, but I opted for the real gt40 intake. The heads will pull hard w/ hp into the 6k and the torque is everywhere! Oh and throw in an e-cam w/ 1.7 rollers, 65 or 70mm throttle body, intake, full exhaust and you should see near 300hp to the wheels, and some sweet torque numbers. Just my 2 cents.
