exhuast questions


hey guys im gunna end up doing the mac lts, vrs o/r x and spintech pro streets, but spintech's catbacks are way too expensive..so im just gunna do the mufflers...im looking to find a set of 2 1/2 or 3 tailpipes..i have some tailpipes from 87-93 foxbodys..will they fit?

if you can weld, can't you just cut out the flowmaster mufflers you've got on there now and weld in the spintech's??? i have no idea if that would work, it's just a thought that popped into my head. I don't think the 87-93 cat back pipes will work. Someone may correct me on that tho...

factory 87-93 tailpipes are 2 1/4. check summit or jegs for tailpipes the 3 in tails will be a little harder to find

i know the factory ones are 2 1/4..i have some 2 1/2's..its alright...i found a set of flowmaster mac tailpipes 2 1/2 into 3"...and im still gunna do the mac lts, vrs o/r x..and then the spintechs...
