Clutch problem!!!!!
I put in a new clutch and flywheel in last summer. Soon after that my clutch pedal began to shake and rattle, I replaced the clutch cable and that seemed to take care of the problem. I took it out of storage today to do a tune up an install my new headlights and it was doing the same thing. Any suggestions, or should I just replace the clutch cable again.

If you've still got the stock quadrant on there it's self adjusting. You have to push the clutch in and out a few times for it to adjust itself. Or, you could go with a steeda double hook quadrant and an aftermarket firewall adjuster, then you can adjust it how you want.

get a triple hook quadrant if you plan on keeping your stock cable.aftermarket cables
are longer than the stock cables is the reason you need to use a triple hook like from UPRproducts.com. dont forget your firewall adjuster

Is the car shaking when taking off in first gear? If so that is clutch chatter and can only be fixed by replacing the clutch and turning the flywheel. What clutch did you put in it? Aggressive clutches are known for alot of chatter and with an aggressive clutch it is normal.
The cable and quadrant will not cause a shake. The only problem with the stock quadrant is that is made out of plastic. It is self adjusting with two plastic gears. Over time the gear will strip and cause the cable to loosen. When this happens you will hear multiple clicks when you push on the clutch.

Did you really need an aggressive set up? What do your mods consist of? Are you still running the stock T-5?

Most of my mods are listed in my garage. And ya it is still the t-5. But the cobra comes with a more aggressive clutch then a gt to begin with. What I have in there is not over kill if thats what you are asking. And I plan to put a supercharger on next fall.
