yes , usually bad injector , could be bad o2 , or intake gasket leaking air in at the cylinder head on that side ......

i think i found what the problem was, i think my intake taps are stripped bc the bolts just spin and don't tighten and the screws are fine . so what do i do now

if you have a really good tap-and-die set, you could probably try to re-tap the upper intake threads on your lower (I'm assuming that those are the ones you are having problems with??). Just be VERY careful that you dont get any metal shavings down the intake. Cover the runners with shop rags and clean everything out with a shop vac before you put everything back together.

are you talking about the bolts from the upper to lower intake , or the lower intake bolts that bolt the lower intake to the head ?
