My First Mustang
hey guys and gals I just bought a 95 GT in Sapphire Blue only 2,584 were made in this color the car has 106K on it owned by a older guy that I have known for like 10 years...... the car was never beat on and just had $2500 in tires and suspension work a month ago. Has some wack ass rims on it I hope to find a decent set of cobra rims for it. Also gonna do a T-5 swap as its auto now, GT40 heads, cobra upper and lower intake, and eventually a turbo kit...

Thanks its a sweet car I went out and drove 3 other 94-95 gt's and they all drove like crap then I found out my buddys neighbor wanted to sell this beast come spring as they hardly drive it anymore so I said how much he named a price and I bought it a few days later. Its weird how the paint is on camera all i can capture is the blue but in person its a deep blueish purple.... oh and is it better to go stick ( I miss not having a 5 speed ) or build the auto trans ????? And found a set of cobra rims on craigslist for around $400 with decent tires on em...

pick up those cobra rims for sure!!!!
I would swap to a built t5. If you had hundreds of horsepower and were looking to go down the track every night I would say build your AODE, but the fun factor goes way up there with a manual tranny!!

Love my clicker, with a stall converter and a built valve body you can make that transmission strong as hell and fun

if ur gonna buy a manual and u plan on building ur car i would either go with the g-force t-5 which is rated at 500lb's i think...but if ur goin over that get the tko600..but buy a nice one for a little more cash and i say this because ur gonna spend a good amount of money on a tranny cause u dont have a manual to start with..so why spend, say 1000$ on a pretty much stock replacement..i got mine for 875(cobra upgrade which is 30lbs stronger) but only cause i was broke at the time..so go on ebay and find one..O and dont base the ratings on horsepower to much, torque is really wat will destroy a tranny..t-5's arent strong at all..yea people say ooo ive had it with my 500hp motor da dada da da w/e..most people blow them up wen they put a bunch of mods on their motor..goodluck with ur car,

He did tires, ball joints, tie rods, and shocks there was a few other things. And I was wrong the trans is a Tremec TKO II its my buddys old trans motor went shortly after he put it in so it has low low miles and he dosnt want much for it and I still cant get a pic of the purple. And will a fox exhaust fit on this car?????
