Need a reputable mechanic in MD Anyone got a suggestion?

Got a 95 GT Convert Auto Trans, and I've got some issues that I'm pulling my hair out over. First I've got the hesitation in any low gears until I floor it and it pushes past it, then I'm failing emission, and I have no clue why. I even tried G2P and it failed. I'm on disability so I can't work on it myself, and I need a good mechanic to diagnose and fix the issues I have on it. Any suggestions gents?

YES!!!!!!!
I don't know where you are in Maryland, but if you can get down to St. Mary's County, the best mechanics you're gonna find work at my shop - Georges Body Shop in Lexington Park (I think the zip is 20653). They will be able to figure out your problems and get it fixed up for you. They are the ONLY shop I will let touch my car (when I'm not doing the work myself). Everything they do is top notch and they guarantee all their work... they are the ones that painted my car, and it's well, perfect.

here's the number if you're interested: 301-863-6979

Yeah, I guess I should've included the area I'm in. I'm just south of Baltimore, so it'd be almost 2 hours to get there. Anyone else?

Even if it's in D.C. that's doable. I just can't do over an hour drivetime.

Shame we there's not a travelling guru on this board, on my probe there's a guy whose travels around, and is known as a demi god fixing those cars. Eve
