saleen wing ??

i have a cobra and i am think about putting the s281 wing on it and replacing the crab claw the only thing i'm worried about is wont i loose the third brake light? is this illeagal?

your not required to have the 3rd brake light its more or less if u want it or not its not necessary

are you sure about that ? a buddy of mine thinks that if someone rear ends me and i don't have a third brake light that it is 100% my fault and i would have to cover all the damages to both. but he is full of sh*t 60% of the time

Not all cars have 3rd break lights so I don't think that is true.

you can always take the expensive route to be safe and get a gt/v6 trunk and put it on their so you can put the wing. lol

or if you change your mind you can always sell it to me

You dont have to worry about the third brake light. The only thing you need to worrry about is the holes from the cobra spoiler. If Im not mistaken the saleen wing will not cover two of the holes from the cobra wing.

u wont loose the brake light..i have a saleen wing and i got one of those tight LED third brake lights..and yea, ur gonna need to cover up 2 wholes on ur trunk

AFAIK the 3rd brake light is required on all cars after a certain year. You might want to check into it before you make a final decision.
