are you sure that you have a good ground coming off the battery to the frame?

i got it under my passenger side amp (its a convertable and the amps are bolted to the floor) i took it back off and sanded the paint off were the connection is still no luck

the starter does make a noise it makes a tick when i turn the key to start an 3 fast clicks when i return the key to the run??? i dont have the sparkplug wires an stuff like that connected yet could that make the car not turnover (im not trying to get it to run i just want to kno it turns over)

I dont understand the fuse box part, I have like a 2 guage or 4 guage wire running from the trunk to where the battery wire use to connect under the hood. And you have to have a good battery thats a long run.

THis is what i did. i ran my cable from the battery to the starter. And I took the original batter cable, cut the terminal end off, put a regular ring terminal on it and connected it to the post on the fuse box.

you should have just unhooked the positive wire from your battery and wherever it connected on the other side and replaced it with a longer cable to reach your new destination. then run a good ground. It sounds like you ran that positive line somewhere it doesnt belong and fried some shit my friend. I can tell without looking to see what you have done but it doesnt sound too good. Post some other pics if you can and good luck
