Made some minor changes & cleaned up the engine bay

After installing my black MM adjustable CC plates last year I decided to do something different this year and get rid of the blue stuff in my engine bay, intake couplings, radiator hose couplings, plug wires, dist. cap. I also pulled off some of the chrome covers and caps I had. I kept some pieces, CAI, firewall cover, fuse box cover & strut tower brace. I then tuned it up, cleaned the TB & MAF bumped the timing to 12 degrees (which, for my car, had it running the best) and I replaced the cap & wires with black MSD products. I wanted to replace the blue CAI couplings with black versions. I found some black intake couplings and upper radiator hose couplings from Intercooler Pipe Fabrication - Silicone Intake Systems Auto Parts. Really fast shipping. I would highly recommend them.

I think it looks better...>>>for now, LOL

Man I can't get over on how much better it looks now...

Thumbs down

Wow Switching to black Really Helped. Thanks for giving me Ideas on What i need to buy. I thought about the whole blue stuff but WOW Black just looks better.

My cap and rotor is red So I was going to go with red But nope Black now.
O and my intake is painted glossy black so The red cap looks great.
Not sure if I should keep the red Plug Wires Or go black.

Looks Awesome!

LOL I just Noticed Your In My Area. What Weather huh!

I'm the original owner so I just kept everything neat and tidy over time. This makes it easier to change things up from time to time with little hassle.

Thanks for the compliments, I really appreciate it.

I'm not the original owner but Im about to hit 190,000 You think your sad. I am probably going to start to look for a 460, stroke it and start building it up. Or just get a 351 and stroke that. O well I have a little bit of time still to decide. I hope.

Once again,
Very Nice.

Actually, I've been lucky enough to have other vehicles as DDs. So I only drive the Stang on nice days.

Yeah I'm only 20. But for my years... I've been around. I guess that's also why I'm dating a woman much, much older than me! Lol, so I'll take that as a compliment...
