Turbo 5.0
My friend wants to turbo his 5.0L 95 Mustang. He has a turbo already off of a Saab 900 with TB0339 model number. I originally pulled the turbo for my 3.8L, but my car got wrecked so I gave it to him. What all does he need to make this turbo work on his car, or should he go with a completely different turbo altogether? Any help will be greatly appreciated and sorry if this has already been asked a million times.

because the 2 applications are very similar and require the same size turbo and everything!
![]() get ahold of boostbrothers.com they have a brand new turbo kit out there for the 94-95 5.0Ls, dont know if they have had anybody put it on yet, so if not you could be the first one to get the discount price and get your ride featured on their site

I had a friend years ago that was looking through the paper and found a turbo off an old diesel for like 100 bucks. The guy on the phone told him " yeah you can hook it up to your 350 silverado" so my buddy bought it....it sat in the garage for years cause everyone he asked just shook their head and laughed.. If it was that easy a lot more people would be running junk yard turbos instead of spending thousands of dollars... I told him the same thing.
