Need some cobra facts

I was at the scrap yard today and came across this car. It has a cobra rear bumper cobra fog lights and brackets and hood. There is nothing in the car that says cobra and it appears to be very plain Jain inside. No leather or power.

the 94-95 cobras were basic, same hood as the GT, the rear bumper didn't say cobra, nothing special inside, i'm not sure if the 94-95 cobras had the steering wheel that said cobra or not on them. the front bumper is the same as the 96-98, only different thing is the spoiler on the 94-95 cobra's had a different spoiler that sorta had a step in it..and curved around the back of the car more with a 3rd brake light on the spoiler itself.

Kinda what i though but hard to tell with no motor or wheels or axle didn't 94 and 95 cobra's just say mustang on the back?

Isn't that what you just painted? Or was that a GT with a Cobra front end? Can't remember.

Yes, just says Mustang.

The front calipers say Cobra on them also and the ones in the picture do not.

Mine is a 97 gt with a cobra hood and bumper. I have half the stuff i need and working on getting the turbo and a few other things to make mine put down a shit load more power then a cobra so i dont feellike i am posssing really.

Mach 460 if I remember correctly. My dad had a 94 Cobra and sold it 4 months before I graduated college. I even told him I would buy it once I graduated.

yeah gt's and cobras have the mach 460 upgraded sound system, the speakers in the back have mini subs/amps under them, sounds pretty good for stock, good enough for me anyways lol

I am thinking about getting the bumper cover off it and e bay it or something they want $75 and the hood isolator for my car. I got the emblems and wiper cowl for my car for $20.

That's definitely not a Cobra. The stock GT front brake calipers and rotors give it away. The only parts worth salvaging are the hood and rear bumper. It looks like a previous owner tried to "Cobrafy" it but, as Redux said, he was punished by the Mustang gods.

if you do decide to sell the bumper i got a friend with a white 97 vert Cobra that needs a new rear bumper so let me know.
