Feels funny
So I'm curious if this is normal... When I shift I have to push or pull super hard to get it into gear. Ive played with a few other sticks and they didnt seem as hard. Is this normal

Not good. I've been told the normal hard into first hard into reverse is typical of the t-5s. It just seems like I put alot of effort into yanking into second but other gears seems fine. But on this topic, would replacing cable, quadrant, and firewall adjuster be a decent thing to do. It has low miles around 60k

Your cable, quadrant, and adjuster would be the best place to start - seeing as all those things should be replaced anyways.

Try double clutching when you shift gears and see if that helps. I had a similar problem with my first car, syncros ended up being the problem. I'd turn left and pop out of second gear!

I'd start with the clutch. my mustang is automatic but my international sure gets hard to shift when the clutch is in need of adjustment.
