i am in the process of redoing my suspension and am changing the struts and shocks along with lowering springs and was wondering if i should change my caster camber plates too. has anyone done this before and what brand do you recomend? how much will it help out?

If you're lowering by more than 1", I think CC plates would be a wise investment 'cause with the stockers you can't adjust caster. There are many brands but I think Maximum Motorsports and Steeda would be right at the top of my list.

+1 on the MM plates...i just installed on my 95 and they look fing awesome...not to mention i finally was able to get my front end squared away...the MM give you about another 4" of adjustability in all directions. if your car is lowered, i would strongly suggest you get some...it will pay for itself just in tire wear reduction.
