Need Help!!!

I have a 95 gt that seems to start when it feels like it. Sometimes the engine cranks but it won't kick over. Other times it'll start and i'll drive it for a few min only to find that it dies in the middle of the road and won't start again. i replaced my coil because i was getting a weak spark from the old one. I also replaced my pip sensor in my dist and put in a new Ignition control module. When i run my diagnostic i came up with a code 556 which is "fuel pump relay fault." Is the problem in my relay or should i be looking in another direction?

Do you get the fuel pump whine when you turn the key on? I would say check all your grounds as well. My money is on fuel pump or faulty ground.

I do get the whine from my fuel pump. Also sometimes when i turn the key into the on position but not cranking the engine my fuel pump will cycle 3-10 times and my check engine light will flash coinciding with it. It doesn't throw a diagnostic code though unless that would be the fuel pump relay one.
