95 gt valve springs

Been trying to use the search button for some help on trickflow springs, some lifters, pushrods and 1.6 roller rockers.
I have a bone stock 302 with gasket matched e7 heads, and gasket matched lower intake, with an f-cam, ARP studs, boost brothers turbo kit. The heads are off the engine but want to upgrade springs, lifter, pushrods, and rockers. Can anyone help me with part numbers for what I need for the e7 heads?
1.6 RR are they pedestal mount? 7/16 or 3/8?=
trickflow valve springs or the whole kit=
hydraulic roller lifters=
pushrods?
Thanks, not too familiar with the 5.0 more familiar with mod motor.

Since you want to go to all the trouble of upgrading the valvetrain, why not upgrade the heads/intake as well?

I would love to but besides not having enough cash, I plan on doing that maybe next year, my other daily driven stang is on it's last leg so I need to get the 95 on the road.

OK, here's some suggestions:

1. Proform 1.6 ratio 5/16" pedestal-mount roller rockers for stock heads (part # PRO-66879).

2. CompCams beehive valve spring set (part # 26986-16).

3. CompCams High Energy Pushrods (part # 7826-16).

4. You can reuse the original roller lifters.
