Is there any suggestion you could tell me? I already took it to three or four garages, but they said there is nothing wron with the car except that in needs wheel alignment. thanks,

check the simple stuff, vacuum leaks and make sure the plug wires arent laying on the exhaust burning them and shorting things out. There is a reason that the ce light is on. He should be able to get some kinda code out of there. Also ask if the exhaust is sooty and smelling rich.
