problem!

ok i have a problem, i got a 94 5.0 and it used to have a problem idling right and it doesn't do it so much anymore but now its gotten to where it can't spin the tires even if i hold the brake it has a very slow start off, does anyone know what is going on? is it the throttle sensor?

yeah i took it up to my friend and he said some kind of hose was loose so he hooked it back up, it sounds a lot better but it didn't help the performance much...its like it just lags along in 1st gear...but he said a good tune up should help?
