I have a 1995 GT and am in need of some slicks, what size would be best. Will a 15" wheel fit?

slicks will slow you down use some Micky Thompson DR or ET streets and size 26in tall and 8in wide.

What size DR? Im wanting to use my stock 16" rim, its hard to find any DR's wider than 255 with a 16 wheel. When you say slicks will slow me down, you mean slower than if i used a DR? Right now im running 245's and cant hook at all, they are not DR's though. Sorry for all the questions.

If you dead hood you are going to bog the engine and will sall the car. You want a lil wheel spin to keep RPM's up in the engine. Mickey Thompson Performance Tires & Wheels This in a 255\60\16. I use them on my car its a 331 With 16psi of boost.
