no turn signals/brake lights/hazards

I own a 94 mustang gt, just installed upr quadrant/firewall adjust/ adjustable cable. The no.9 fuse 15a keeps blowing. The fuse blows from the clutch being pushed in, only at one certain point about half way on the clutch path.I think its from the quadrant but can't find out whats grounding it out. any insight would be a great help.

I have had this problem for about a year... I have no brake lights, turns or flashers, but the tail lights still come on with the headlights and the third eye brake light still works.

The fuse for it keeps blowing, and for a while I would just replace it and drive for a while until it blows again, but recently I have been just been going without (hey, it is Tennessee...) because i just drive it to work 3-4 times a week

I dont really know about electrical and have not had the cash to have it looked at, so anything you guys can come up with would help

Its your stupid quadrant bro.I also have this same problem, its a 15 fuse that keeps blowing. You need to put a piece of tap or something on the quardrant so it dosent make contact with the metal.I did this and I also changed the fuse to a 30 and i havent had this problem in a year so far..Yea that thing bugged me out too,I didnt know what was causeing it till i rigged it up hahaha but it works!!!

Most likely, if you're having this type of problem, there's a wire some where that's touching metal. It's a pain in the @ss, but I would remove the dash, and start checking all of your wires. Most likely, there's a bare bit of wire touching metal, which is shorting out your system. You could Mickey Mouse it so it doesn't blow the fuse anymore, but if you want to fix the problem, you're going to have to look at each and everyone of your wires that's underneath your dash. You may get lucky and spot it right away, but considering your symptoms, I would look at all your grounds first.
