Installing RR's

I just bought some 1.7 RR's for my 306.I was wondering, these are non adj and they came off the Cobra so I think there crane RR's.The guy i bought them from said to just bolt them up and thats it nothing special needed. He even took my stockers bolted them up and turned the key.It ticked for like 1 minute and then it was perfect. He didnt rotate the crank or anything. He just simply bolted them up.Is this the same case in my car also? What should I expect if I just bolted them down like w/e but I made sure they were tight.

there is no adjustment on those pedestal mount, just bolt them on, might tick for a minute until lifter primes up, thats all there is to it

It may or may not be that easy. You might need shims on a few of them you wont know until you do the install. But I would bet that one or more of them need shims so be prepared to grab a pack.

Those RR's are a straight bolt on swap. Just make sure you check the lifter preload in case you need to shim the rocker arm bridges, and torque the bolts down to 19lbft.
