Light Question

When I pull the headlight switch out to the first position, should the corner lights and fog lights turn on? I always thought that the purpose of the first position was to turn on the corner amber lights and the fogs. I have to turn my head lights on to get the fogs on and my corners never turn on at all. Is that normal?
I'd like to run my fot lights without the headlights on, and if my corner lights are supposed to be on, I'd like to fix that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Alright, well I came across an old thread about fog lights which was helpful. I guess I have to turn my headlights on for them to work. But should my amber corner lights come on at some point.

check your bulbs they should come on after the first pull and def should be on when the headlights are on

Yeah, they don't come on at all. Except my blinkers work.... Could the bulbs be bad and the blinkers still work? Is there an easy way to get to those bulbs?
