14.5 isnt too unrealistic with a good driver. A close friend of mine put his GT to 14.7's quite often.

While I ran my car stock, to the tune of 14.07 at 101... :-)

the guy who got 14.5 isnt even a pro driver. it was like his 3rd time driving a mustang.(short periods) it wasnt even his car. Whiteout (my friend) ran a 14.7 and DDs it. do you think the timing could be advanced to like +16? because even with premium sometimes it pings

It's possible. Couple bolt ons and a driver mod??? I think with that you could get them into a 14.5 on a good day.

Really not all that hard to believe. Timing bumped, right weather, good launch, and driver should be able to run those times.

It could mean that the oil pressure gauge sending unit is on the fritz.

Agree, especially if the tank is low on fuel and some items e.g spare wheel, lug wrench, jack, jack handle) have been removed from the vehicle to save weight. Even better if the driver is also lightweight.

and how come my 95 gt, with 275s on back,full exhaust,headers,intake only ran 14.9 (best after multiple days)

I ran 14.66 @ 94mph Stock at Lebanon Valley Dragway which is a slow track. I also have a 5 speed. So thats not impossible.
