i figured it was 134a but the valves leak and evidently they aren't serviceable so i have to replace the hard lines?

yeah the valves are weird they have a piece of rubber in the front and thats what you see when you look down at it and the spring is behind the rubber piece. its a factory part only place i could find em was from ford. you have to replace the whole valve piece and you cant just replace the guts like a normal schrader valve

Take the line to an a/c shop and they will remake it for you.
